Forum Website Wanted 50/50 Split Revenue

Hi there

I have a domain www.SonyPS.com which gets around 200 uniques a month and I was wondering if over a couple of years this might develop into a comprehensive Playstation forum???

All I am looking for is a simple forum set up for the site and google adsense initially.

Happy to host myself and pay for hosting and will split any revenue 50/50
