Offering FREE Vbulletin License/Domain/Hosting - Split Profits 50/50

I have a leased Vbulletin license that has about 10 months left. Since I have other projects that I'm involved in, I don't have time nor willingness to develop another forum.

Therefore, I am offering my license as well as whatever domain you want (I will register it) and hosting for FREE so that you can develop the forum and we split the revenue 50/50.

Looking for someone with past forum experience and whose got a great forum idea but just doesn't have the cash to purchase a license, domain, and hosting. Also, someone whose worked with sites before marketing them, etc. since I don't want this license to go to waste.

I will consider putting more money into the forum such as for directory submissions etc.
