I'm selling my site: PersonalLoanHub.com
It receives a little bit of organic traffic. I do 0 advertising, have done 0 SEO for it.
I spent about $700 to custom develop it on WordPress, including premium theme and plugin. This includes hiring writers for a few articles. I wrote most of the content early on.
As you can see, it's a nice/clean site. But unfortunately, a good design alone doesn't make money. It needs trafffic.

- I don't have time to give it the attention that it needs to grow.
