Hi everyone,

Americanseizedrealestate.com and Americanseizedcars.com are membership based sites that charge a one time fee of $35, in exchange for information on how to purchase repossessed vehicles and properties through auctions.

These sites bring in about $1200/mth without any promotions. Most of the sales are from affiliates and search engine traffic. Currently we have Clickbank and PayDotCom affiliate programs. The PayDotCom affiliates have been more active in promoting this site, contributing a big bulk of the profits. Currently there are no active Adwords or Yahoo campaigns for this site.

The sale will include the two professionally designed custom websites and iglobalmembers.com (membership area database). The membership area requires no maintenance or updating. You only need to check the help-desk periodically. I’ll transfer the Clickbank and PayDotCom accounts on completion of the sale. Support will be provided for the transfer of the site.

This site only requires about 1 hour per day to manage. Mainly, answering customer service queries. I have a help-desk system that speeds up the process.

This site has good potential if it is marketed well. I stopped marketing this site about 4 months ago as I had to focus on my offline businesses. Right now I’m embarking on a few projects that require my time and money; starting an educational software firm, a sound design website and I’m starting a family. I guess you can understand why I would like to sell these two sites fast.

I am not willing to do partial payments. I’d rather keep the sites to myself. I am only looking for someone with a lump sum.

Where do you get the data base from? Any fees?

I created the database. The database is a listing of auction centers and houses with contact information like phone numbers categorised by zips and links to various sites that offer property related information and incentives and it's mainly mySQL based. There will be no fees.
