Hello everyone. I am relisting this site which I had posted about 3-4 weeks ago to see if there are any better bids than previously. If you're looking for a site that makes alright adsense earnings and requires next to no work this could be for you.
Entourage.ws (OVT for "entourage" is 48,103)
I started this site over the popular HBO television show Entourage. The site is basic. I created a main page for it in frontpage, trying to place adsense adds in a good spot. The site also uses seo-board forum.
Site is a PR4 with some PR1 inner pages and I have not done any update's or work on this (other than a few link exchanges) in the past few months. It has been making steady revenue and getting steady traffic for quite sometime now and requires very little upkeep.
Traffic
Mostly all traffic coming in is from search engines. The site does get some traffic from link exchange's but yahoo and google are the main refferer's. Here are some screenshots:

Most revenue to the site is coming from adsense. I decided to add clicksor adds to the forum rather than adsense but this can be changed by simply editing the header and footer of the forum. Here are some revenue screenshots:

Revenue has been a steady $10-$20 over march/april but has slightly dropped for May.
I am looking for a quick sale on this so I'm starting the bidding at $20 and the BIN at $150 which I feel is a fair price for the PR domain, content, traffic, and revenue the site has already produced. It's also not a huge investment for the buyer.
