I am considering purchasing .fm domains, but I recently read in 2 NamePros posts that people seem to have problems transferring .fm domain from one owner to another (see 2 links below).

My registrar is GoDaddy and they have this provision for .fm in their Domain Registration Agreement:
43. provisions specific to .FM registrants
You acknowledge and agree to obey, comply with and be bound by any and all registry rules, policies, and agreements, and any and all updates, revisions and modifications thereto, for this ccTLD, which may be found here.
That link brings us to the dot.fm policy page of which I have included relevant excerpts below. Now, it sounds like it is difficult, but not impossible to transfer domains if you register directly from dot.fm (really BRS Media). But, if I were to register a .fm domain with another registrar (e.g. GoDaddy), would I have the same rights and priveleges to sell or transfer the domain?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

5. No Guarantee of Registration, Transfer or Renewal. As a domain name Registrar, dotFM is, upon accepting your application to register, transfer or renew a domain name, your sponsor for that application. No domain name registrations shall be deemed effective unless and until we deliver the domain name registration or renewal application you provide us to the appropriate Registry administrator, as applicable, and that Registry administrator accepts your application and activates your domain name registration or renewal. You will be entitled to a refund only if your registration is unsuccessful. You acknowledge and agree that dotFM does not guarantee that you will be able to register, transfer or renew a desired domain name, even if our systems indicate that domain name is available or you are able to complete an order with respect to such name.
