question Flippa payment, worried

Hey my dear mates,

Regarding a domain sale payment at Flippa, something suspicious is happening.
My domain name got sold around 20 days ago and the buyer released the funds after getting the domain around 8 days ago.now I can see that the fund has been released on 11th Dec and I was waiting for the payment. Today suddenly i got an message from Flippa escrow that "we have not heard from you andthe fund has not been released because you have not verified your Id. Please reply otherwise your account will be suspended".

I have already done phone verification and never got any message regarding photo I'd verification.this was the first message I got.
My questions,
1- why they are saying that we have not heard back from you in their first email?
2- I can see that the fund has been released in my account but the recent email is saying it hasn't.

PromisePay is doing some ID checks. I had to send in a picture of me holding my ID as well before they released my payment. Contact them and ask whats up. Usually they are responsive, if not then ask @FlippaDomains for assistance.

You will have to provide PromisePay some KYC (Know Your Customer) details, and my advice is to do as they ask.

On our (Flippa's) end, we're going to be improving how our customers become aware of these requests; in other words, if it's something you do not want to go through, then you will know ahead of time such requests, and can simply opt out of using the payment method. It's unfortunate, but the way I see it, I rather be working with a company that is extra safe and secure -- and they are.

But I didn't like this process at all cause my precious 10 days have been wasted due to this. I wanted to do some transactions but could not do. Fund was released and I was waiting it to come in my bank account but suddenly I was asked to verify my identity. Why it didn't happen right from the beginning? That's my question!

- Pay is doing some ID checks.

Its not suspicious.

Last time when buyer released payment i received an email from flippa to submit photo and kyc document for the verification and after submitting documents it got verified within 20 mins.

You should check your email toomaybe you missed it.

There seem to be more problems in your system cause my account has been banned, it is saying my id has not been verified whereas I have already verified and it has been confirmed from your side.
What do you have to say now?
