Flippa Disputes taking a week or more ? Anyone else ?

I often run into deadbeats who don't pay.
Not a big deal, I file dispute and usually they don't reply and I instantly relist.
But last week some jokester won my auction.
He 1st said he couldnt use my payment method (escrow.com)
Then he said he was backing out.
Then he changed and asked for 65-70 day inspection period. Haha, no not for a tiny website.
I filed a dispute and even though he replied to it 6 days ago, it's still showing as pending.
I have tried customer service at Flippa, but all they say is be patient.
On top of that the jokester keeps telling me to cancel dispute and it won't solve anything. (uh yes it will)
I tried emailing Kevin at help, but someone else keeps answering me.
Just frustrated and wonder if anyone else has had disputes take forever.....
TLDR: Dispute filed week ago, buyer replied, dispute still pending.

Sooooo frustrated. 2 days later and dispute still not resolved. Customer service emailed me to just be patient.
I don't know what recourse I have here. 19 dollars is nothing to me, I would just relist it but that appears to violate Flippa terms.
