Sorry to bring this up to a community outside of Flippa but I have tried multiple times to reach out to Flippa without any response.
I sold a domain / website and the winning bidder paid but the payment was refunded by Flippa Escrow. I have contacted Flippa by email, the response was that they are waiting for the buyer to verify their details. The buyer claims that Flippa did not send any emails to them with details of their verification. I contact the buyer through the auction completion process and they tell me they have nothing from Flippa. The buyer becomes suspended, so I open a dispute, the dispute is cancelled by Flippa with the claim that they are waiting for the buyer to send their info to verify themselves. The buyer is now banned from Flippa and I have tried to reach out to anyone from Flippa to help me, but no response. This has been ongoing now for over 12 days since the auction finished and I find myself with an invoice to pay for $700! I am hoping someone from the Flippa team will reach out to me here because I just want to re-list the domain / website and sell it on Flippa. However, right now, it looks like I will be banned for not paying the $700 owed to Flippa although the buyer is banned and I have not received any payment! I have sent emails, commented on the auction completion post and have heard nothing, it feels to me that Flippa are looking at some excuse to ban my account and that worries me. I am hoping that there is a problem with emails, however, for a dispute to be cancelled internally and comments not to be answered, something looks wrong and I am worried. I hope someone from Flippa can help me here.
