I'm new to using Flippa and I won an auction recently. I have placed the money into Flippa escrow but I haven't yet heard from the buyer. I know escrow is the time when I would pay for and then receive the items for review before I release the payment. I tried to do my best in vetting the site but I see there are so many ways for sellers to create/falsify information that I'm a bit paranoid. What I want to know is, when viewing what is sent to me, if they send me what they were supposed to send but in looking at what is send to me I am able to discover that what was promoted about the functioning of the site or its success is false (meaning the what I won is sent to me but I find their claims to be false at this point) am I obligated to release the funds. I've been trying to read up on this and I'm still unclear about this point.
