Escrow inspection period help

I am wanting to buy a domain. The seller wants to use Escrow.com. Say I put an inspection period of 3 days and the domain gets transferred to me. If the stats are not what the seller stated can I transfer back the name and cancel the escro payment during that inspection period?

You cannot reject the transfer at Escrow.com on the basis that the the stats were not as anticipated. You are entering into an agreement to transfer the name only. If you back out you will lose your Escrow fee and the seller may decide to pursue other action.
