Flippa banned my account for no reason.

I created my Flippa account back in 2012 and never really used it till now. Recently I decided to sell my website on Flippa and within few days of listing they suspended my listing saying they need more proof on visitors and earnings. I uploaded the proof and there was no reply for two days. Then on third day I got email saying my account was banned. When contacted support I got below reply.

Hi,
Your account was banned due to multiple account operation and shill bidding in serious breach of our site rules.

Given your actions we will no longer permit you to use our marketplace or open or operate further accounts within our site.

We thank you for giving us a try but due to your actions it is not fair on our legitimate users or mutually beneficial to allow you to participate in our market.

I have never ever bid for a site on Flippa and this is the only active account I use. I send multiple mails to support and never got any reply back.

@FlippaDomains Why would Flippa ban me for something I never did? Is there anyway to get back my account? I couldn't find any better place than Flippa to sell websites.

Even I am ready to do that if they want me to prove my identity. But what to do when they don't respond? I hope @FlippaDomains see this thread.

Today got above mail from Flippa. Now only I realized that I did have another account with Flippa. I am not sure how I signed up this account since the username 1790346c is not something that I would use for an account. But I am very sure that I have never used this account or any other account for any bidding activity on flippa.

Is there still any chance I can get back my account?

I also have the same feeling. But still I want to new why they accuse me of shill bidding when I have never bid for anything on their site. I am trying to sell two of my sites and those listings are fixed/offer listing not even auction. So there is no reason for me shill bid.

Many times i have tried to contact them and they didn't solve anything. First time i see company that don't recognize that you contact them (after you paid them) to solve your issue. And have permanent ban for no serious reason. I underline that it is my personal experience. I have the right to criticize. However, i recognize that they are good to other sections.

Well I couldn't find those other places that has an established marketplace like flippa.

It is not a domain, but a site with good revenue and visitors I am trying to sell. There are many places like Sedo, Godaddy Auctions to sell domain. But when it comes to websites, flippa tops the list. There is not even one close enough to challenge flippa.

Our Marketplace Integrity Team is incredibly accurate with the intel they receive and the evidence they uncover. If you are unwilling to provide your identification to clear something up, you are unfortunately cast into the same boat as the people *who actually do* abuse the system by creating multiple accounts, shill bidding, etc. In order to stand apart from the bad apples, you will need to work with us to provide what is asked of you. If you are unwilling to do so, there is nothing I nor anyone can do...

For everyone writing and asking for help, there is usually nothing I - personally - can do. The best I can do is to review your Customer Support tickets and corroborate the findings.
