Flash header needed, $30 to winner

Hi,

I need a Flash Logo/Header for my site Cranes.tv
The site is a Guide, directory of Crane companies (big machines used in construction to lift stuff)


I dont have a definite idea yet but it needs to feature a TV screen somewhere and there has to be plenty of movement so its almost like watching a video (it is a .tv site after all)

Here is an idea i thought of:
Cranesis typed across bottom of screen with a TV screen sitting to the right.
Above the Text is a Crane Hook or Jib Holding the letters "TV", the hook/Jib then moves across screen & drops letter into the empty TV next to text.
Not sure if that made great sense so i made up a simple GIF to explain: Here is Link to GIF

I am not sure yet if Background should be white or Dark grey/Black like colours Links of my Homepage so that will be up to you designers.

My main requirments are that it looks clean, crisp, modern, masculine(its a site based on contruction) & follows the TV theme.

ANy questions then please ask, dont be afraid to mess around with ideas of your own as the idea i came up with isnt certain to be winner.

Money will be paid Via Paypal or Moneybokers.

Sorry i was late to reply on this thread but family emergencies kept me busy (2 births in 1 weekend :notme: )
