Finding a host!

Im finding a host on behalf on my friend.He wants a hosting that he can do file hosting services which mean the server should allow him to upload at least 30-40mb of files.Many host restrict uploads to 5mb.There maybe a possible of hosting mature content.

Can you clarify, as I've never heard of a host to restrict uploads to 5mb worth of files.
Maybe you mean the max file size for each upload?
