I am in need of web hosting... I am currently dealing with a horrible web host and need to move ASAP and I am looking for a good reliable host with the following features:

You mention "Other file provider" - will you be hosting a public file hosting service at all?

"- Allow custom php.ini so to change upload file-size limits, etc." - Are you willing to be flexible on this feature if the company will change it for you as long as they are reasonable limits that will not negatively affect other customers?

For a good reliable host have you considered raising your budget a little more? We will be able to offer your requirements for $60 (money off with a christmas recurring coupon, and depends on the answers to your questions). If not, are you sure you will need that much space?

I am not sure what would be classified as a "public file hosting service", however, the websites I plan to create and host in future (besides my arcade website) are related to specific niches such as specific games tools/mods, graphics, poetry, artwork, skins, etc.

I allow uploads of up to 20 mb games on my arcade website. I do wish to allow for simultaneous uploads, which combined could be large if they upload multiple games at once... if I allowed 5 flash games uploaded in one go, all at 20 mb, the largest possible would be 100 mb in one upload, so I suppose if the file limit isn't too low I can manage, or just limit the maximum simultaneous uploads.

To be honest I only need 1 GB space at the moment, but my websites will definitely grow beyond that within 1 year in my opinion. Let me know what you can offer. I'm trying to sort out a good starting figure for space and bandwidth.
