I needed a tool to help me look-up and email possible buyers for my keyword domains. I couldn't find anything decent, so I had one made/made my own.

Search keywords related to your domain and get names and email addresses of the owners, then easily create and send personalized messages to all of them. Selling domains is a numbers game, you just have to send out lots messages letting the right people know the domain is for sale. You can spend tons of time doing this manually or you can use a smart tool like 'Domainer Assistant'.

Update on my experiences so far. This handly little program continues to work very well and I've actually made some decent sales using it. I still very much wish that there was a way to eliminate multiple copies of the same email address, as this is the single largest time consumer when using the program. Overall, though, I am extremely happy with my 30.00 purchase. With about 20 hours of total time invested using the program so far to promote new regs (mostly recent deletes that I snagged), I've sold 23 of the 81 domains I promoted with it, for an average price of 81.22... So, even after paying for the script and the reg fees... I'm up about 75.00 per hour for the time that I've put into it. Not bad at all; if I could just keep that up 60 hours a week, I could quit my regular job, lol.

Just got this at the discount price. Haven't even used the email template feature, just the quick look-up. Very nice to see all the relevant domain names and the whois emails pop up so quickly. That alone will be a big timesaver, and will help me get out a lot more email offers.

Not sure about the Mac, the main requirement for Domainer Assistant is the .NET Framework. For some reason, Microsoft has been dragging their feet in releasing a .NET runtime for Macs. There is an open source project that may work, but I have not tried it myself since I use PC's. You can download it and try if you want:

I saw the video, program looks cool, I think I am going to buy it, but can you make option for removing duplicate emails from the list, before sending the mails?

Yeah, there will be an option to remove duplicates with one button click instead of sorting/selecting and deleting. I prefer to check/remove duplicates and shorten all my lists in Excel before I send out emails. Dividing big lists into smaller lists makes emailing much more productive and reduces your chances of getting banned by the SMTP server you are using. It's also nice to have good clean records of your sales emails.

I urge everyone to use the tool responsibly, and not hammer away at the servers that are providing us data and sending our emails. Automated tools can be abused way too easily.

There's been some great feedback and ideas to incorporate into the next version, I will try to fulfill each one that I can.

anyone have issues using SMTP server with YAHOO or GMAIL with this software?

Domainer Assistant does not support SSL SMTP connections. Gmail uses SSL and 'Yahoo plus' uses SSL.

Also Some ISP's do not allow their users to use a third party mail server to send outgoing mail. In that case you will need to use your ISP's outgoing SMTP Server. Sending email is a sensitive issue. I am thinking about removing the email functionality in the next release as I do not want to promote or support spamming.

Remove Duplicates:

I have added a button that removes all the rows with duplicate or empty email addresses. I still need to do a little more testing but it appears to be stable. This update should be released in the next few days. If you want it sooner, send me a PM.

Then we will lose 'template' ability - [domain], [owner]. Can you confirm that removal? I liked the idea to have all things under one click - email search and template sending. About spam problem, those who wish to spam people will do that with or without your program, there is tons of spam resources available freely.

The latest update has been released as well as a new support forum. There is now the option of removing duplicate email addresses as well as removing empty email addresses. These can be chosen together or separately depending on your preference. This will save you some time and manual sorting work.
