I am satisfied with the amount because it was listed for sale here at only $200 before, but no body wanted it at that time.

Yep!! Go back a year and read some of the sales threads and what people were asking and buying names for. I did it recently (my spam folder must have been empty) and was just amazed at some of the names and prices.
