domain Figuring out end user price? - Glazing .Shop

The domain is Glazing
Its in dot shop

There are literally thousands of glazing merchants/installers in the UK alone and I sent around 35 emails out yesterday. I have received 2 replies asking for a price. From such a small pool of potential end users this is encouraging and I know these companies are making a small fortune, competition is high.

I'm looking to sell, clearly, but not in a rush right now, so do I price it top end? Any advise is much appreciated.

I haven't sold a .shop yet, but if you've messaged end-users of your domain, then certainly you can be asking for mid xxxx, especially if there are a number of them interested already

Think of what they'd sell a conservatory for and double it lol but think of the expensive brands price

I reckon it's a sit back and wait for offers to come in domain as they will due the sheer volume of businesses that will want to buy it in the uk

Remember it has appeal in many countries

Just keep saying no to offers eg pushing buyers away and if they want it they'll come back with better offers

Its got to be worth $20k minimum I'd have thought

In to the best search engine and there are millions lol of them

Most of their potential customers will just type in to a search engine

Glazing shop

And you have the perfect version of the domain that would offer the products they are looking for

Gtlds are still new

But search engines read glazing dot shop as glazing shop without the dot

If you put a very simple 1 page website up with nothing more than

Glazing

On it with a contact form on it

You will be at the top of

Glazing shop

In organic seo

Which is what those businesses wanted to be ranked for in the big G

Renew for 10years lol and lay in a hammock on a beach somewhere and keep saying no and you'll get quite good offers
