domain CollegeGuys.com end user price? 11 years old

I hand registered the domain in late 1997, so it is 11.5 years old. I never developed it.

I have an end user who has made me an unsolicited offer on CollegeGuys.com... if it were you, what is the minimum you'd sell it for? What would your target price be that you would be happy with? I have a rough idea of what I want for it, but wanted to get some other opinions.

I know it's not like the domain is men.com, but isn't it really solid? For someone who wants to build a site for this target group, I can't think of a better domain - what do you think?

This buyer seems to be trying to get the lowest possible price, but yet seems serious about wanting it. I don't want to make a mistake and sell too low.

I also have CollegeGals.com which is 9.5 years old if you have any comments on that.

Should be easy and fast to get a domain like this to be PR 3 and not that hard to get PR 4, 5.

Quite honestly the first thing that pops into my mind is "adult" related for these domain names. I dont know if thats just my point of view or a general one. However, I like both quite a bit - based on the age I would be asking for low $x,xxx. However, with only the .net registered that could spell problems in terms of keyword desirability.

I also was thinking about Adult domains , i think you'll get less than that you would develop it on the long term.

Its hard to say, but I would suggest $600.00 - $1500.00

If the offer is in the high $xxx - low $x,xxx range, counteroffer with 15-20% more.
If lower, well, i've already told you how much it would value for me

I am not sure i would sell for less than 5k .......My first thought was how cool of a name CollegeGirls.com would be, then i see you own the gals version lol

How many offers you get over the years? that will tell you the intrest level

The big negative to me is that it's top dollar would probally be as a gay adult site, which would be no fun developing. At least for me lol
