I had bid on this name a long time ago, and just received notice that it's entered into auction with a $5,835 starting bid.

I'm assuming the buyer and seller negotiated for a while, and the buyer decided to push to auction to see if there might be any other takers.

FAT is also a File Allocation Table, Iam not sure but can be that Microsoft has a trademark on it.
