I've been trying to login to my Fasthosts.co.uk account for the past few hours and I keep receiving an "invalid username or password" error. I've reset the password twice (Once using a password manager) but it does not work. The password does reset successfully but when I try to login with the new password, I get the earlier error again.
Fasthosts does not have any ticketing based support, their help docs don't address this situation and when I Try to call their support number, it gets disconnected after two seconds - this happened 5 attempts to call them.
Even their community support requires me to login to my FH account, which, obviously, I'm unable to.
I've tried to login and reset via two different browsers - one of which I've never used to access fasthosts.
Has anyone else faced this issue and if so, did you also figure out a solution for this?
As an alternate, does anyone know an alternate way to contact Fasthosts?
