I've been trying to login to my Fasthosts.co.uk account for the past few hours and I keep receiving an "invalid username or password" error. I've reset the password twice (Once using a password manager) but it does not work. The password does reset successfully but when I try to login with the new password, I get the earlier error again.

Fasthosts does not have any ticketing based support, their help docs don't address this situation and when I Try to call their support number, it gets disconnected after two seconds - this happened 5 attempts to call them.

Even their community support requires me to login to my FH account, which, obviously, I'm unable to.

I've tried to login and reset via two different browsers - one of which I've never used to access fasthosts.

Has anyone else faced this issue and if so, did you also figure out a solution for this?
As an alternate, does anyone know an alternate way to contact Fasthosts?

are you logging through right window?

you maybe using wrong window to login

and make sure you are trying to login through support login at the middle of three login tabs

I was (and am) trying to logging in to the Control Panel. The link was correct as well. None have worked. Thanks @cooljub. I actually dicovered the same e-mail address by accident and received a reply. Hoping to get this sorted soon.

I have the same situation, but (still) did not find the solution.
Good thing is that i can login to my Fasthosts through the phone, so i am still able to control my account.

That's exactly how I was able to access my account as well. FH was of absolutely no help. They kept asking for me for the IP address of my connection, reset my cache, rinse, repeat... No idea why it worked on my phone but not on 2 different laptops via 2 browsers each (Chrome and FF on a Win and Mac laptop).

Anyway, the first step I took after I was able to login was unlock all my domains and retrieve the EPP codes. Going to transfer out the interesting domains now

I don't think this is a system wide problem but I am facing this issue on multiple laptops, multiple wifi connections and multiple browsers. I've also reset my password at least 4 times so far but to no avail (I know I'm not typing the password wrong as I use a password manager that autofills the password for me)

Something is definitely going on at FastHosts, I'm dealing with a massive headache because their system won't update authorization codes or let me unlock certain domains. Let me know if you make headway, I'm looking for alternative solutions. I paid for several renewals at absurdly high rates to avoid losing domains, yet they can't even process the renewals.

Trying using your mobile phone. The website works fine on my Android phone. See if that works

Regarding unlocks - From my experience a couple of days ago, unlocking a domain goes into effect after a couple of minutes. It does not reflrect instantaneously so make sure that you recheck the status in your account.

Wow.. That worked (I missed the "Support Login" bit from your earlier comment. This is weird and I'm now wondering why this works and not the control panel login

Yup we have to login through support tab and not control panel. when i read your post that day i knew mostly this must be the issue as i had realized support tab login from long before since i started using fasthosts so i suggested you same immediately but you missed it anyways glad to know now its solved.
