Hello guys.

I'm trying to login on GoDaddy but it keeps giving me the following error:
Yikes! Something's gone wrong. Please re-enter your information and try again.

Which is different than the error i receive when i insert a wrong password:
Authentication failed. You entered an incorrect username, or password.

Is it happening to you too?

(i already tried to reset my password -successfully- )

Some issue with GoDaddy again here in India..
Can't seem to login or load the dashboard / cart pages !!? They simply time out.

Godaddy.com is loading just fine!!

Use "My Account" at the bottom of the front page - Godaddy. It will work fine.

I had this same thing 3 days this past week! I was told they are not aware of any problems and that the issue was likely on my side ... :-/

Unfortunately this is a regular error (fortunately happening less often than in the past).

I actually got it once earlier today .. but then was ok almost right away afterwards.

Good luck getting back in!

I have faced same issue, i think it's a internal issue, don't worry it will fixed soon.

Update: the "Yikes! Something went wrong. Please, try again later." issue turned into "not receiving the 2 step verification code"

I haven't been able access my account since yesterday, so their agent advised to fill out the "cancel 2 step" form & attach a photo ID then send it to their team.

i've done it & now waiting for their reply.

Thought i'd give an update for future cases.

Reach out to them as soon as you can should this ever happen to you.

Update: 48hrs later, Godaddy successfully disabled the 2 step verification & I got back in.

Now, to avoid the above scenario what I learned is, the best thing to do is to enable the 2 step verification & ALSO add a back up..

Use google authenticator & the text message option as a back up.

Solved.

Thanks
