FAST - Tweaking/ Improvement of Current Website CSS

Hi,

I am currently helping out to design a website my current company.

Here's one print screen.

I faces some problems like the side of the tables (using images) occasionally was off and tables misalignment problem

I need some CSS tweak to make the whole webpage nicer and etc.

I seriously need help to perfect the tables, and if even possible, use CSS instead of those images.
