PSD to XHTML / CSS

I am looking for someone who is available to convert PSDs into XHTML and CSS. I am too busy to do this for all of my clients. Please PM me samples and your rates. Looking to get some of this going today. Thanks.

PS. Please do not reply if you plan on converting the PSD into tables. Tabular data is obviously better to have in tables, but other than that it should be all XHTML and CSS (divs). Should be W3C compliant as well and workable in IE6, IE7, FireFox and in 1 CSS file.
