HELP. Need Coding/CSS Improvement on Web Design

Hi,

I am currently helping out to design a website my current company.

Here's one print screen.

I faces some problems like the side of the tables (using images) occasionally was off and tables misalignment problem


I seriously need help to perfect the tables, and if even possible, use CSS instead of those images.

Can anyone be interested to help ?
