Facing issues with Web.z.com

I have around 20 domains in there and now while renewing one of those 20, payment is not going through. They are using Paypal as a payment gateway, but after entering an OTP - page again gets re-directed to Paypal login page. Tried more then 10 times since Yesterday, with two different Paypal accounts (Personal and Business)

- They are not even replying to the tickets
- Nor I am able to transfer out the domain, as It's already expired a week ago

What can be done in this case?

I had issue with them in the past, reply more times in the ticket it is possible they don't see it.
At the same time write a complain to ICANN, this registrar is a pain in the boott!
P.s. did you try renew it with credit card?

Yes, tried with different credit cards / debit card / Paypal. Tried everything.

Replied to same ticket around 4-5 times since yesterday, no revert yet.

Then wait, I was getting replies in weeks, then I contacted ICANN and they solved my problems.
That is why to not lose time write to ICANN about your issue with them and wait reply from both.
