Nobody claim it. The name like this (with -de.com) available to register for other TM, but for other name I try not get traffic as well as it.

I park at namedrive and no problems and also at other parking place, but namedrive not allowed it to "park and sell" due to the TM on it.

maybe it has a TM issue but low level risk, there are many domain and site use Tm like facebook-layout . com, twitter-follower .com and others, but not high level TM risk like microsoft - software .com or microsoft - de.com , very rare a site use that use microsoft.
