Traffic stats can be found here showing traffic and revenue stats going back for over 30 days. The reduced traffic at namedrive from 3-5 may was due to a traffic test on an adsense page, otherwise the traffic is quite stable...

well, i picked this up on the aftermarket and i can only assume it was regged as a drop. here are some interested facts for the sceptics...

3rd result in google for curerom.net here dated the 7th of march 2006 mentions that the site is down...

whois shows that curerom.net was registered 21st of feb 2006, which must have been when it dropped and was picked up again...

7000 unique visitors is the number of visits in the last 30 days (with 3 full days where dns was pointed to another site). 617 is the number of clicks (8.9% click thru). US$0.27 is the average click price. revenue was US$ 169.15 for the month.

just to clarify here, allowing for the time the drop cycle takes, 17 months after the site went offline, between 7000 and 8000 people a month STILL come to this site, and nearly 1 in 10 of them are helping to make me a lot of money... had my best day yet on monday with visitors/clicks of 238/18, and avg rev of $0.81 for a total day of $14.64. optimisation is continuing to provide improvements...

Well, spectacular stats for only 1 month from a former website, which means people is looking for something that is not there anymore, so the traffic will start decreasing soon... when? we cant know for sure, but it will eventually disappear.

So, what is your realistic asking range?

i've had it parked for about 7 weeks all up myself, but to be clear the website has been down now for 17 months and people are still looking for it. yes, i accept that traffic may drop off in the future, but 7000+ uniques a month at this point is pretty impressive from where i'm sitting...

would be looking at 12 months revenue, give or take depending on what offers come in. like i said, i'm no longer in a rush to sell this and content to simply keep earning my parking revenue for now if needs be. as i've also said, i'm still learning about the optimisation process, keyword selection and such.

i've just revised the keyword again to me more specific than the one i was using previously, so i'll be able to post updated stats in a day or two with how that goes... (and for now I won't be disclosing the keyword. the revenue screenshots speak for themselves)

looks like the keyword tweaks have worked out fine and revenue for the 30 day period has lifted again, as i get further and further away from when i first started optimising (keyword optimisation began on the 11th of may)

anyone willing to put an offer on the table ?
