Every GoDaddy Auctions transaction and payment time seem to be different

Every time I make a sale through GoDaddy Auctions (with a domain registered at GoDaddy), the transaction process seems to be different.

Sometimes when I sell a domain, it will go through the 5 day payment hold and then automatically transfer the domain out of my GD and into the buyers and then release the funds. Other times it will sit there for weeks and I have to email support and then the transfer of the domain will happen. Or nothing will happen and I have to manually contact the buyer and push the domain to their account and then wait another week before the funds are sent.

Today I get an email that I need to "Email Buyer" through GD Auctions, but under the sale, there is no Email Buyer link like there normally is.

I don't understand why there isn't a set protocol after the sale that is consistent each time.

Here is what GD support said:

"You are correct normally if the domain name is registered with Godaddy it should move automatically. But in some cases the auto push will fail, in those cases the domain name needs to be moved manually. You can move the domain name to us and we will push it to the buyer, this process does not take long"

I sold another name yesterday and there is no "Email Buyer" link, so I had to manually push it to the GoDaddy Auction account and they push it to the buyer.

All this in the midst of their "feel good" pitch about raising commission rates. What a bunch of hooey!

Expired auctions get all the love and attention. At 20% commish, I won't be listing any more domains at GD.
