This info i got today in my account --- is not scam?????
all this domains already registered , but not on my name. only azeri not registered. EURODNS ---SCAM!!!!

To be honest, Today they register successfully 1 .asia For me.. but i still waiting For 5 Others. I want just to be sure i get my refunds. I don't care if other be quick than me and take the domains. Just i don't want Lose my money For Nothing.

They dropped the ball in that a number of my domains didn't get submitted to the registry as in the above message ("ready for submission"..uh yes, please submit this asap). The ones that did I haven't heard anything about ("Submitted to the registry"...ok, so what's the outcome? Moniker has told me straight away whether or not I have domains so it obviously should be able to be done).

In the meantime Eurodns is holding funds that I could be using to reg other names.

I know I won't be using them anytime again soon in the future.

I hate this eurodns idiots, they lost my domains.
I worked with more than 100 registrars, but only eurodns were such incompetent and irresponsible

They claimed previously to be the biggest registrar of .asia domain names. I can only guess that they have been greedy and are continuing to take registrations when they don't have the technical capacity to handle them. Why this would be the case I have no idea, but it seems to be so. They haven't communicated a single thing to me about what is going on.

Sorry to hear that... I have only registered 2 with them but had no
problems. Had them go through in less than 15 min.

I had a similar problem with them with the .es extension. It took days to find out I didn't get any of the names I "registered".

ditto, still in 'ready for submission' status - put the same names in GoDaddy and got them immediately. Now waiting and waiting and waiting for reply on my refund request - they really are scammers.

I thought they just made a typo with their 28/3 golive date, but seems they really did believe that lol. What tools.

hey guys pls slow down a bit. maybe they do not communicate correctly in the interface why they are not submitted.
first of all do you all think names like:
freelance.asia
classifieds.asia
marketplace.asia
where not submitted already before in first landrush or in the sunrise?
those names are in auction already but if no one is bidding they become available again or maybe the person used a fraudulent card.
we all see this treads after each landrush, it is happening again and again. a registrar simply can not verify in the first days of a landrush all taken names because the registry is simply still processing the data. you remember the .eu sunrise? there where for some names 70 applications pending and later in the landrush people got the names! Who ever here has a real big problem with them can PM me, I will give you the direct email of the responsible Sales Manager. I really dont like the way you pull down here this registrar who provided to many of us even free preregistration for the first landrush of .asia.

i am also facing problems with them. I have registered few domains during .asia live. But they are still showing pending in my account. i mailed them twice and i dint get any reply so far.

Remember guys EURODns.com registered like 3/4 or all .asia names in the landrush, correct me if im wrong. That would be a TON of work and a lot of catching up in just a few days time. Not to mention that they also have other customers registering tons of other extensions every day.

I would suggest sending them an email or get with their support and finding out the problem.

According to the info on their website, most of the registration process should be automated. I submitted my .asia domains over 45 hours ago and their status is still "Ready for submission"!

I sent them a email with my honest opinion about their service and topping it off with one question: why it takes them so long when other registrars handle the same process in less than 15 minutes.
