.EU already proving Popular

I have been searching through .eu domais to see how many are developed. Well I randomly searched through 6 different categories and tried 20 different names in each category. Not oneword generic names but names consisting out of 2 parts but forming one word. That is a total of 120 random names. Out of those I found 23 that already have a developed site on them. That's not bad in my opinion seeing how young the tld is. I predict a great future and popularity for.eu

The .eu domain name is most popular in Germany with more than 7000 .eu active websites while the suffix is least popular in Latvia where only 3 .eu websites are active ..

But any way isn`t it to early to appraise new extension. How many sites have been developed 10th day after .info or .biz inroduction?
