Hello all,
Will .eu provide an unusual buying opportunity in the other extensions?
I've pondered on this with several members here, and I'm curious as to your thoughts. I see a tremendous interest and hype currently in .eu domains, and perhaps for good reason.
This said, with all the focus growing on .eu, much of the normal focus on the other big extensions could decrease and create a powerful buying opportunity for quality domains in .com, .net, .org, .info, .us...etc.
For an example, I wonder if the .eu hype will call many folks money and attention away from say 3-letter .coms or generic .info domains (or any other among many other categories in these other extensions). With less focus on these sample categories, might some bargains emmerge as some sellers of these types of names are looking to raise capital for .eu buys or as buyers attentions turn to .eu's and away from the other big extensions?
Perhaps this is just fun conjecture, but I look forward to seeing how the whole domain market reacts to .eu! Your thoughts are welcomed and appreciated!
Thanks,
zesty
