It's not an exact English word...it looks like a misspelled English word.

According to Wayback Archive, a company that provides cross border services for businesses, interested in expanding their markets internationally made their website on this domain and that company was well-established in Turkey and German markets.

So considering all these details, Should I buy this domain?

If I buy this domaiin, will it sell for $2500 or more?

It seems like a brandable domain. Any kind of business can have that name. The domain name will especially work best for a coffee shop business because it sounds pretty much similar to a term used for coffee shop businesses.

Next, as already suggested, would you start your own business with that name ?

I looked at a few available domains... suggested them to a Brandbucket employee, which ones would get approved if I submitted them. Got my answer, registered those exact domains and submitted them. Eventually 3 out of 4 got approved and are live.
Do the same with yours.

Wait for next dotster.com sale, then register it at $1.99

This way, if you don't manage to sell the domain, you will have negligible loss.
