What can it be used for exactly ?
Just sticking two generic keywords together doesn't make a great name.

This is one of those domains that tricks estibot. When it has massive Google results with no clear use. The vast majority of the results are sentence fragments.

It does have age on it's side (2000). Still I think you are talking about Mid $XX - High $XX Max.

it is generally used in sentence and makes little sense as just two words........
it is often used as a verb, eg. taking effect, took effect, takes effect etc.
maybe you may find someone who may like to develop it and he may able to pay $XXX max IMHO
