Hi,
Up for auction is www.Crawlr.net. Its been my main project for several months, and now I'm looking to sell it so I can move on to bigger projects.
Domain:
Crawlr.net was registered in May of 2005 with Domainsite. The domain currently has a PR of 1 (should go up w/ the next update) and expires 05/2007. The contact & submit pages of the site have a PR of 3.
Site:
Crawlr has over 1300 links in its directory, and gets 10-40 more submitted per day. I custom made the template (100% unique), added some mods (stats & featured links on front page). The directory has been up since May 16, 2006-- so it is about 2.5 months old. The site is running phpLinkDirectory 3.0.4 and has a paid license (value of $25). The license is included with this auction. The submit & contact pages have a PR of 3.
Revenue:
I just started trying to sell advertising on the site about a month or so ago. Since then the site has made $25 from selling featured links in various categories and makes $15/mo from the banner on the front page. -- I have not sold any of the featured links on the index page, those are just my own sites, the new owner could easily turn around and sell them for $20/yr or more.
Traffic:
The site gets about 1,000 uniques / 8,500 page views a month. Most traffic is from other directories and directory lists. The site has a link popularity of approx. 600.

I'll host the site for free for 1-month. If you would like to continue hosting it where it is now; you may signup on www.optikhosting.com.
