Established Directory, $100+/month revenue

Since I have way to many sites I must sell my directory.

The directory is getting around 100 a day depending on the day. An average is about 75. Stat Proof

The directory is only about a month old but has generate me a lot of money and I have spent a lot of money advertising. The site has made me a total of 17.93 which I can prove if need be. I have sold 6 featured links at $5 a peice for a total of $30. Then 24 links at a $1 a piece. 3 sitewide linsk for $10 a piece for a year and the links must stay on. That means a total profit of about $101 in a bout a month.

The site is a newer one so it does not have a PR but has a PR predict of 4. I have purchased some feautured links and have done some advertising but not that much. Domain is registered at registerfly and expries next July.

This site is very profitable and I will only set it if I think the price is right. So I have to right not to sell.
