Actually I`m busy to handle this directory, It get about 250 submission every day and thats take some time for approving.
About the site:

PR for subpages: the site have some PR 4 pages, main categories have PR 3 and the subcategories and details page have PR 2 and some have 4.

Visitors: The site have ~250 visitor, last stats for the last week from google analytics is

Thats WITHOUT any promotion lately.
Alexa rank: 58.000
All backlinks for this site is permlinks, I didn`t sell any link for it, so it`s hardly to lose the page rank since nobody will remove the links.
The site online since 5 months, It get 80$ in google adsense and 80$ for sell a sidewide link for a year.
I don`t have PayPal to start a paid option, and that`s the time which the site can offer that since all the main pages have page rank and the main categories havn`t any links on it.
The BIN is: 5000$
Offers accepted here or on PM, no offers lower than 1000$ please.
This is a real site with a great domain "bigguide" and valid high page rank, visitors comming without promotion since I made it havily befor. It`s one of my two main sites so this is not an aucation and I won`t sell it If I didn`t get good offer.
