I started this site after my big success in creating it's sister site, playtouchgames.com for the iPod Touch. G1Games.com was created to offer online games for the T-Mobile G1, an increasingly popular mobile phone device, which is only going to get more popular as other phones being to come out with Android (the phone's operating system, developed by Google). I purchased the domain and pretty much instantly took over the obvious #1 keyword, "g1 games". The site was beginning to grow in revenue in February, but the revenue got hit hard in March when my AdSense account got disabled. I was actually able to prove to Google that my traffic was legit and they reinstated my account in about 2 weeks. They realized that a ton of the traffic was coming from similar IPs, since a lot of traffic was from T-Mobile and phones share IPs (duh). Nevertheless, the issue is resolved and they know g1games.com is a legitimate site with [very high] quality traffic.
The G1 market is smaller than the iPod Touch, so traffic has been lower than what I had with playtouchgames.com, but the CPC and CTR from this site is still just as (if not more) impressive.
This sale includes rights to 5 native apps I created for the phone itself, and are available on the Android Market right now. These apps are a fairly large source of traffic for g1games.com, since they have high scores pages with ads on them at g1games.com. The apps and the number of installations include: Andzee (16,273), Bubble Breaker (14,970), Bubble Popper (26,627), Droid Says (32,012), Mancala (70,0025).
There is no work that needs to be done. Everything on this site is set up. You can always add more games or apps, but it doesn't need to be done. There are about 40 very popular games optimized to work with the G1. Adding games does bring back return visitors and new visitors, however. I haven't had time for this in several months, so this would be a good place to start for the future owner!
Looking for $5000+ range offers. I know this is on the high end, but I know it's worth it. PlayTouchGames.com went for 20x monthly revenue and the new owner has had no complaints. Not to mention, that sale didn't include any native apps. Google's Android is becoming a rising star in the cell phone world and the best time of the year for sites like this is coming up - revenues will be higher and higher as the holidays near. The site has always had awesome CTR's (2-3%) and very good CPMs ($4-5).

Costs are minimal. I'm using GoDaddy shared hosting with several other sites of mine, so I'd say maybe $5 per month. The site is custom coded with a little PHP+MySQL, but the games are static HTML. The site is quite unique...it was the first of it's kind that I know of, and I still haven't seen any others quite like it. The site has some quality backlinks from huge sites like chron.com and some others that haven't been picked up by SE's yet.
