The age of the site is almost 2years old with PR3, traffic is usaully 280-380 uniques a month with a small income from adsense of $2-3 a month.
Over the last 6 months there has been a couple of templates sold, but this site has not been promoted at all in over 12 months.
The domain is with Hostway so you will need to allow for a transfer fee to your registrar of choice as Hostway does not offer the usual free push to other accounts we have become so familiar with.
