I'm looking to sell my free template site, TemplateDen.com. The site has been around for almost 2 years now, however I purchased it in late December of 2005. Domain is currently at GoDaddy, and set to expire in June of this year, however I will renew the domain for an additional year if the site is sold.
The site runs a modified version of the 4Images gallery system with a custom template and has 255 registered members. It currently makes about $2/month via adsense with no promotion. Domain is a PR3 with and without the www.
Stats for April are attached, however there was a glitch with AWStats, so a few days show 0 visitors. This site could really take off with a little work, however I don't have the time to deal with it right now.
Looking for offers of $75 or more.
