Hi

Im selling the site http://www.purchasetemplate.com which is a monster template affiliate site. I just launched it so no sales are made yet. The site is listed in all major search engines with link popularity. It gets over 30 visitors/day. The current bid on it is $160 on another forum.

Note: The site used to sell a template package for $20 but my host went out business and I had no back up files. So I launched the monster template site.

Not to detract from sales/bids (i realize there is more than the content/script to a site) but, anyone can set one of these sites up through template monster's affiliate program..
