Escrow Service That Includes Broker

Since I am not using Escrow/com for any transactions any longer (because of the new verification requirements) I am looking for an Escrow service that allows a broker to start a transaction like Escrow/com does.

Does anyone know if Sedo or Epik escrow have this available, and if not do you know of a reputable service that allows a broker to start a transaction and also does not require the invasive verification requirements that Escrow/com now does?

Yes, I know.

I was looking for a replacement for Escrow/com where they let you start a transaction as a broker and bring the buyer and seller together in the transaction.

if you brought the parties together, then all you have to do is:

have the seller start the transaction via email and cc: you on all correspondence

after transaction is complete, seller pays you

if you don't trust the seller, then your agreement isn't secure.
