Escrow.com domain name transfers...

Im in the process of selling a name. the buyer has paid and escrow.com has secured the funds.

However, escrow.com says I need to take care of the transfer itself.

I have the buyers "reg info", which I need to use when transferring the domain to the buyer.

(since escrow.com support is too slooooow)..
My question is this..since all I can do is to unlock the domain.

should I ask the buyer to initiate the transfer with an account that contains the "reg info" (the reg info that escrow.com says to use)?

In other words, should the buyer send me a transfer request from his registrar using the reg info that escrow.com listed as the buyer?

I know many recommend escrow.com and I trust them when they say its 100% secure, but I have not understood this part fully. Since Im in the middle of this transaction, I would appreciate some info from ppl who have done this..

Where is the name?

Does buyer have an account at the same registrar? Then just push!

Can you open an account with your registrar for the buyer and send hin /her the account details?
