question Escrow.com question

Hi,

Just sold a domain, was contacted through Domain Agents site from a buyer.

When I signed up at Domain Agents I used one of my email addresses but the problem is now it has sold and Escrow.com has a generated link for me to sign-up and start the transaction.

My issue is I have a different Escrow.com email and account therefore will it be OK to have two accounts or should I wait and call them Friday if open and have them move this transaction over to my current Escrow.com email?

Can you have two accounts, all info the same but just a different email address?

I have no experience with Escrow but I have read that people have been double and triple charged ( fees ) and some others have had issues with receiving their money; if I were in your position I think I would prefer to be safe than sorry and call them to make sure everything will go smooth.

They have been fine for me, just not sure about creating another account with a different email. I'm also thinking maybe I could just login and change my email address to my other one and the transaction link wold work.

Let me try that, I can always change it back if it doesn't.

Tried to change email but says it already exists. I don't recall ever signing up with that one...

Tried a password reset and answered the question and they say it's wrong. Oh my...

I got it, just has to create an account with my other email address and the transaction was waiting for me. Thanks for your input, it's appreciated.

Good you figured it out as Friday is Xmas and then comes Saturday and Sunday (no live support)
