Hi what do you guys think of .es domain with a good keyword with commercial value.

I would say, if it's a spanish word, it may be have some value.
If it's a perfect domainhack, in best case an english word (for example: domainpric.es), then also.
Other combinations are difficult.

There is a good market for ES domains if you understand the Spanish language, economy, heritage..etc.

The other option is like others have said, domain hacks. lol

Not a hack or plural. I don't know if they say "Home Loan" in spanish. It's how we say it in engish.

I am finding out that unless you have a .com and good .com it is not worth the time and effort, my 2 cents

Not all .es are sold in Spanish.
Example undeveloped is auctioning on estate.nl which is English word a singular and a Europe domain extension.
And a person will apply for home loan and not home loans :p
