How do you guys see the value of an fast moving niche names in .es.. Its an English keyword...

If in .com its selling for $300k and in .net its going for $10k+... So how about its value in .es...

ccTLD are becoming more relevant localy as the search engines will give better rank to .es to people who search from spain or country where spanish is spoken, at the moment using spanish word with .es seems a better option in my opinion. Looking at some examples "bill.gates" may be better than "billgat.es".
