Epik appraisal

Just tried to appraise a domain using Epik appraisal. The page has been taken down which is a shame. It always gave a $ value similar to Esibot and other useful information about a domain.

Valuate is good for a ball park $ value but not other information (plus you have pay and Epik was free). Any other free sites that are worth hitting on for appraisal info ?

IMO, The best place to get an appraisal for free is right here on NamePros. If no one responds to the thread then no one sees obvious value in the name, if it has actual value, you're going to get opinions from real humans that have experience and not an automated bot.

Flippa I wouldn't bother with because they give every crappy domain a high appraisal because they're on a timer to put their 15 appraisals in for a free listing. Those appraisals are worthless.

I hear what you are saying Carl. It's the same as buying a property in the UK - estate agents give a value but it can be wide of the mark.

Even when you have an 'offer' for real estate forget it. When the money is in your bank account it is a done deal - not before.
