domain Epik adds 12 month payment option

I have started to utilize the recent addition of a 12 month payment option for my domains listed for sale at epik.com. This is a very nice feature. Now when a prospect tells me they can only afford $500 for my $3,000 domain, I can tell them that they can easily afford only $250 per month for 12 months!
