Below is the "RESELLER'S" reply after a week of emails with enom:
Bottom line on domains: manage them well, keep your own records, and unfortunately - do not put all your trust in the registrar.
Also, to be honest, I don't even remember how I ended up under a resellers account. Anyway, I am moving my domains out and into my own enom account. Can't trust a reseller like this one.
Thanks to enom for doing all the right things in a very timely and professional manner.
Regards,
The owner of the account to which the domain was transferred had sent an email to you ([email protected]) and I in response to my initial inquiry. His reply was as follows (from [email protected]):
"Why the domain went into my account? Somehow my brother updated and paid for one year extra since your domain name almost expire. If you send me back the money via paypal, I will transfer the domain back to you asap.
my paypal account is : [email protected]
send me $8.95
I have determined the transfer as invalid, therefore I am going to push the domain back into your account with a 30-day freeze pending contact of the current account holder.
Thank you.
