I have listings at NameJet which require me to transfer names whenever they are sold or have "x" amount of bids. I am in the process of doing this for a few names, there was an error when transferring in from another registrar. Now to get Enom Phone support on the phone is painstaking. I've been listening to a dial tone for more than 30 minutes now and I am dealing with extreme mental distress over this... Suffice it to say, as much as I would like to continue using NameJet after this... having to deal with Enom in the process does not make it worthwhile, especially at the premiums they charge for transfers / new registrations / renewals.
Either enom's support has to drastically improve or I will not be using NameJet/Enom ever again.
